Printing

You can print an individual's details page with all of their personal information. Please note you cannot print a list of names.

NOTE: It is impossible to export the database into another program such as FileMaker or AppleWorks. However, the database is encrypted and can only be viewed through the Search Party application.

To print an individual's details page

1. Click a person's name in the directory pane Displays a list of individuals profiled in the directory. It is located on the top half of the screen.. A details page will appear on the bottom of the screen.

2. On the toolbar, click Print.
